So, we finally got the crib up in the girls' room. And it wasn't nearly as hard to put together the second time.
I put BG in the crib for this photo.
But now she won't stay out. And LG does not like to share her bed.
*FTR, I know my 2.5 year old still has a sippy and a binky. It's what's working for us right now.
As it is, I'm having to keep LG out of the room they share until BG goes to sleep in order to avoid any drama. Which, if you know the bedtime rituals and sleeping habits of any 2 year old, can sometimes be a drawn-out process.
Can't wait until they can have rooms of their own!

Oh, and don't take any flack (sp??) for the paci and sippy. Derek still loves his sippy cups (chooses them over regular cups) and we just gave up paci in July when he was 2.5. You do what works :)
And, as a bonus, at least your Big one is using the potty....Derek is still a little stubborn when it comes to TRYING the potty chair so we've got a long ways to go with that :(
I had the same problem with my big one! He stills climbs in the little ones crib. Thankfully she is big enough to look out for herself, and push him away!! And don't worry, my almost 2.5 year old still has his paci and sippy. We are getting rid of the paci over Christmas break.
